"Our 18 year old 42" built-in GE Monogram Refrigerator was leaking water from the freezer inside and outside the unit and the food contents were melting. It was early on a Friday morning. Fortunately, we were told to get in touch with All Brand Appliance Service, a local company, and what a great piece of luck! The receptionist who took our call early that day asked questions focusing in on possible causes and assuring us that the company would be arriving at our house after 1pm the same day. And lo and behold they rang the bell early in the afternoon: Meir, the owner and Erik his assistant. Meir inspected the freezer and immediately recognized that the refrigerator needed a new icing unit. He told us that this is a common problem on the older monograms, he has the parts on the truck and he could start immediately. The work took an hour and a half and the price was fair. They functioned as a team: Erik, was small enough to work inside the freezer while Meir supervised and worked from the outside and top. Upon completion of the job, Meir blew and vacuumed the inside of the unit while Erik cleaned the kitchen floor. I recommend the company without exception and if l should have problems in the future with any of my appliances I'D BETTER CALL MEIR!"

I cannot believe how well he repaired my microwave and refrigerator. I almost junked my microwave. He put in a new fuse; I thought it would be a tragic end to the microwave but it was so simple. The refrigerator has not been cold enough for a long time. He adjusted the doors to close properly; I did not know that that this would make such a big difference but it did.
